Arabic speech goes to the Arabic model automatically when it is running.
Voice
Hands-free interruption
Headphones: talk over a reply to interrupt it
Speakers: interrupt only on clear, longer speech
Off: wait until the reply has finished
In hands-free mode the mic stays open. On speakers it can hear its own voice, so it needs clearer speech to stop.
Stream the reply
Speak each sentence as soon as it is ready, while the rest of the answer is still coming. Off: the whole reply first.
